The intersection at MacArthur Blvd. and Arizona Ave. N.W. continues to experience serious congestion, particularly during the afternoon rush hour. Although many of the drivers are from Virginia or Maryland, the impacts fall most seriously on residents of the immediate area, who are delayed from making local trips and suffer serious cut-through traffic. ANC 3D continues to hear complaints from residents, who are growing increasingly frustrated that DDOT has not taken addressed these concerns. We implore you and DDOT to act promptly and effectively to address our and their concerns.
