Description

Pursuant to 5 DMCR § 2437.1, an Advisory Neighborhood Commission can petition the District Department of Transportation to conduct a study under Section 2437.2 to determine the eligibility of certain blocks as resident-only parking blocks. ANC 4B requests such a study for the following five blocks are within the boundaries of ANC 4B, Single Member District 4B01: the 7400, 7500, and 7700 blocks of Eastern Avenue, NW, as well as the 800 block of Juniper Avenue, NW, and the 7500 block of 8th Street, NW. 5 DMCR § 2437.1(a).
