Description

As part of the above-stated Commission goals of maximizing affordable housing within Commission area, Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4B supports the application of EYA Multifamily, LLC for the HANTA tax abatement program and urges the Department of Housing and Community Development to grant it to the Takoma Metro Station Development.
