Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4B (Commission or ANC 4B), at a duly noticed public meeting held on November 25, 2019, at which a quorum of Commissioners was present, voted with 8 yeas, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions to file this Annual Report with the Mayor and DC Council and publish the Report on the Commission’s website. This Report satisfies the Commission’s statutory reporting obligations. See DC Code § 1-309.10(j)(1) (providing that each Commission may file an annual report with the Council and the Mayor for the preceding fiscal year), (n-1) (providing that each Commission shall publish an annual report summarizing its activities over the preceding 12 months).
