ANC 7D adoption of a resolution that calls for the removal of federal control of the Metrpolitan Police Department (MPD) and discontinuation of federal polce and National Guard deployment in the District for purposes unrelated to an actual emergency as well as restoration of FY 2025 budget plans unaccounted for in a Congressional continuing resolution as modeled by the "ANC Home Rule Caucus."
