View Resolution

A "Robbery Snatch" occurred 7/1/26 within ANC 2C, against a person using a wheelchair. The robbery victim has disabilities that fit the definition "Vulnerable adult" as a person who is 18 years of age or older and has one or more physical or mental limitations that substantially impair the person's ability to independently provide for his or her daily needs or safeguard his or her person, property, or legal interests. ANC 2C respectfully asks the US Attorney for DC to charge the Suspect in DC Arrest 26090801 with the additional penalty under DC law § 22–931 the “Abuse, Neglect, and Financial Exploitation of Vulnerable Adults and the Elderly Act of 2000."
