ANC 4C respectfully requests that DPW begins collecting trash from public litter cans in high use spaces of Petworth more frequently – twice a week instead of once a week – and add trash toppers onto these public cans to allow for public waste disposal without the disposal of large bags of trash, in order to prevent illegal dumping.
