Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4B calls on the Executive to fully implement all of the recommendations identified in the Office of the District of Columbia Auditor’s report, NEAR Act Violence Prevention and Interruption Efforts: Opportunities to Strengthen New Program Models, as soon as possible but not later than the conclusion of Fiscal Year 2023.
