Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4B strongly supports the installation of two rodent-proof trash compactor cans at Legacy Memorial Park and urges DGS to replace the existing open cans as soon as practicable. ? The Commission urges the DC Department of Health (DOH) Rodent & R4B-26-0602 – Trash Cans at Legacy Memorial Park Page 2 Vector Control Division to conduct monthly rat abatement to decrease the prevalence of rats in and around the park.
