Advisory Neighborhood Commission 2C: ? Requests that MPD Chief Smith clarify what procedures and policies MPD officers might have been following as they entered the USIP building and assisted with the raid; ? Requests that MPD Chief Smith order a full investigation into MPD’s involvement and any laws that may have been broken in the process; ? Requests that MPD and/or USAO explain why no charges were filed against the suspended Inter-Con employees for illegally entering the USIP building on Mar. 17; ? Requests that MPD explain any actions, policies, or procedures they will follow to ensure that they do not encroach upon private property again; ? Requests information from MPD about chain of command disputes with members of the federal government.
