Description

That Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4B believes that a renewed focus on commercial vehicle enforcement would be beneficial to the District. Therefore, that Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4B urges the Mayor and the members of the Council to work with the Chief of Police to substantially increase the size of the Motor Carrier Safety Unit, including providing for and funding for additional officer positions and the requisite equipment.
