• The Commission strongly supports the Pay Our Youth A Fair Wage Summer Wage Amendment Act of 2025 and urges the Committee on Executive Administration and Labor to schedule a public hearing this legislation, to ensure that youth, families, employers, and community stakeholders can provide input on this important legislation. • ANC 4B encourages the District to pair wage increases with strong program support, including transportation assistance, financial literacy education, and expanded placement opportunities that reflect youth interests and career pathways and for DC Council to appropriate the necessary amount to fund these wage increases.
