RESOLUTION #4B-21-0402 Supporting Renewal of Alcoholic Beverage License for Takoma Park Liquors, 6200 Eastern Avenue, NE (ABRA-019598) Adopted April 26, 2021 Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4B takes note of the following: ? On April 17, 2021, Commissioner Brooks sought input from SMD 4B08 and held a meeting with the community to discuss and agree to the items in the current settlement agreement. ? In previous instances where there have been complaints, the owner of Takoma Park Liquors has worked directly with the complainants to address any issues raised and pledges to continue to work with neighbors on any future concerns. ? Applicant promises that it shall abide by all Alcoholic Beverage Regulations Administration (ABRA) regulations regarding the ownership of the license and all other provisions applicable to liquor licensees including the current settlement agreement.
