Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4B takes note of the following: ? The Commission has the ability to provide grants to community organizations for projects that benefit the residents of ANC 4B and do not duplicate District Government Services. ? The Friends of Emery Heights Community Center provides year-round programming to help all children within the ANC 4B community. RESOLVED: ? That Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4B will grant Friends of Emery Heights Community Center $2,000 to support community activities outlined in the attached application. ? That Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4B requires Friends of Emery Heights Community Center to provide all required documentation outlined in the application package
