Due to the nature of the proposed work to be performed, this project necessitates review by the Board of Zoning and Adjustments. ? Because the old retaining wall was in very bad condition, the homeowner proposes to replace the retaining wall. ? To provide additional safety for the residents, the wall needs to be replaced. This requires special exception relief pursuant to Title X 901.2. ? Furthermore, the proposed project requires a special exception because the wall will be 6 feet tall after completion. RESOLVED: ?
