Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4B calls on the District Department of Transportation comprehensively study the 200 and 300 blocks of Vine Street, NW with a goal of improving the safety and efficiency of transportation of new residents along these blocks – with an emphasis on the large number of pedestrians that use or will use these blocks.
